Work

What I've built.

I don't just advise on AI. I design and ship the tools, systems, and training that teams use every day. Here's a selection, with client names kept private by agreement.

Proprietary
tools

Bespoke platforms I designed and shipped inside an agency, each one replacing hours of manual work with something a whole team can run in minutes.

01

Publicity Monitoring Platform

A bespoke platform that links the PR industry's established coverage providers with a social listening source into one proprietary system. Teams run a scheduled or on-demand pull and, in about two minutes, get every piece of coverage for any window, a day, a week, a month, across online press, broadcast, audio, and social.

  • Boolean queries built in plain natural language
  • Filters and thresholds, like coverage over 1,000 views or likes
  • A full coverage grid plus a comprehensive report
  • Tailored per account and exported to branded PDF or Word with an explainer and an executive summary

~90% less time spent on coverage reporting, work that used to take 10+ hours a week

02

Influencer Activity Tracker

A tool that captures fleeting social content before it disappears. You give it a list of handles and a date and time window, and it captures every active post and story in that window, then delivers them to a shared cloud folder alongside a full report. Built for events, launches, unboxings, and any moment where you can't predict when someone will post.

  • Engagement, like, share, and comment rates
  • Captions and hashtags, captured automatically
  • All of it in one place, no manual screenshotting before stories vanish

~95% faster capture than doing it by hand

03

Social Listening Platform

A proprietary, multi-account listening platform for use across an agency's entire client roster. Enter keywords or hashtags and a date range, and it pulls matching conversation across Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. Built for monitoring chatter around major sporting and cultural moments, and for crisis communications.

  • One-click custom reports and clean exports
  • Month-over-month and week-over-week trends built in
  • A real measurement layer, plus brand-safety and sentiment insight on any campaign
04

Influencer Selection & Sourcing Engine

Two tools in one. The first is a living database of every influencer a client has ever worked with, refreshable with current follower and engagement numbers and filterable by location, activation, and past campaign performance, with a natural-language layer so anyone can ask for "15 influencers in New York with X to Y followers and these campaign metrics." The second is a net-new sourcing tool built on an audience-data source that finds influencers by audience demographics, interests, and bio keywords across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.

10+ hrs saved per person per week, with sourcing down to under 10% of the old time

05

Media Value Calculator

A tool that puts consistent media valuation in everyone's hands. I embedded a valuation model that spans formats, from organic social posts to half-page print to standard and 3D billboards, using each client's own proprietary CPMs against real impressions. Anyone on the team can use it to strengthen a report and show the true value of their work.

AI systems that
run the business

Beyond individual tools, I build the connective tissue that makes AI part of how an organization actually operates.

For multiple clients I've built a company "brain." Every skill, process, branding element, tone rule, and do-and-don't is packaged as Claude Skills that get recalled automatically inside every chat, paired with dedicated Projects per account or priority so the right context is always loaded and quality never erodes as conversations grow. Deliverables come out already on brand, on format, and on spec.

Then I wire it into the real stack: connections to datasets and data warehouses, external APIs from audience platforms to reporting tools, and custom MCP servers for the platforms that have no off-the-shelf connector, all linked to the team's Gmail or Microsoft accounts and the tools they use daily, so AI works as a genuine right hand.

01

A second brain for a record label

What I builtA custom company brain plus the automations and integrations around it, trained the team, and advised through the whole rollout.

  • 15+hours a week saved on day-to-day manual work
  • Ownedthe team runs it independently
02

An AI backbone for a PR agency

What I builtCompany brain, proprietary tools, and deep integrations across the agency's workflows, from monitoring to reporting.

  • Fractionof the time tasks used to take, by role and use case
  • Agency-wideadopted across teams and accounts

Training that
sticks

I've led AI training and implementation across organizations of roughly 150 and 500 people, using the same repeatable, human-first method every time.

01

Discovery

Sit with the people doing the work; learn the tools and daily reality.

02

Assessment

Map where the org stands and where the real leverage is.

03

Roadmap

A prioritized plan tied to real business outcomes.

04

Alignment

Get leadership fluent and bought in, so change has air cover.

05

Training

Small-group, workflow-specific enablement that builds confidence.

06

Implementation

Integrate AI into real work, with automations and custom tools where they pay off.

07

Measurement

Track adoption and impact, then iterate on the proof.
